William BULL [3900], son of James BULL (1801-1882) [3897] and Elizabeth WATTS (1802?-1871) [3898], was born in 1842 (calculated) in Paulton, Somerset. He was baptised on 23 May 1847 in Paulton. He appeared in the census on 30 March 1851 in Paulton aged 8. He appeared in the census on 7 April 1861 in Paulton aged 17. He married Mary WORTHY [25691] on 27 October 1864 in Aberdare, Glamorgan when he was 21 or more.
